I bought 1Hora earphones and on September 14th it was sold to me and the lady did not gave me a receipt only the voucher . Yesterday i went to change them and she is denying changing them and now I called the store and said the same that I dont have the receipt and she only provided the voucher of my bank. Another lady said that she is not going to help me changing them and that the owner does not speak spanish so I got scammed and I spend 10000 colones.
